New ToS and Privacy Policy

I haven't finished reading them yet, but I will. I see that there's to be ads in Basic Journals - I don't know what they are, and have no control over what gets shown. When the option to flag journals as Mature was available, I labeled my journal as such, because I am an adult and sometimes talk about things that may be beyond what a typical 13-yr-old should be reading. In general, I consider myself sensible and not likely to discuss anything profane or illegal or any of that, but others may consider my topics to be otherwise. :P

If you haven't checked out the ToS and Privacy Policy, please consider it. So far, I don't see anything I can't accept.

In contrast, I looked at the game-app company Zynga's privacy policy and was shocked. When I tried to caution a friend about it, she suggested that Zynga feels they have the right to do what they say they have the right to do without her permission. However, they state that if you use their games, you are giving permission, and they're right. Please be comfortable with what you are agreeing to through your use of the product, because even if you haven't read it, using it means you are promising to abide by it.
